Terms of Service

These terms govern use of ReviewBoost, a digital product built and operated by The Brand Maniacs ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the public review pages ReviewBoost generates, you agree to them. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

What ReviewBoost is

ReviewBoost gives a local business a QR code that helps its customers turn a real visit into a genuine, self-written Google review — with an AI-suggested starting point the customer edits, never a review posted on their behalf. Unhappy customers are additionally offered a private way to reach the business, alongside (never instead of) the option to post publicly.

Accounts

• You must provide accurate information when you sign up, and are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
• An account is meant for one business owner or agency managing businesses on their clients' behalf — not for reselling access to unrelated third parties outside the agency flow ReviewBoost itself provides.
• You're responsible for the accuracy of the business details (name, services, location, Google review link) you enter, since they directly shape what's shown to your customers.

Acceptable use

ReviewBoost is built to stay on the right side of Google's review policies, and you agree to use it the same way:

• No incentivizing, gating, or filtering reviews based on sentiment — every rating tier a customer selects retains a real path to Google, by design and by policy.
• No editing a customer's review text on their behalf before or after it's posted, and no submitting a review that isn't the customer's own words.
• No using the private feedback channel to pressure a customer into removing or changing a review they've already posted publicly.
• No attempting to interfere with, reverse-engineer, or overload the service.

We can suspend or terminate an account that violates these terms, with notice where practical.

Pricing & payment

ReviewBoost offers a Free tier and a paid Pro tier (monthly or annual), as described on the pricing page at the time you upgrade. Payments are processed by Razorpay; we never see or store your full card details. Our Refund & Cancellation Policy covers what happens once you've paid.

Your content

You keep ownership of the business information you provide and of any reviews or feedback your customers submit through your page. By using ReviewBoost, you grant us the license needed to process, store, and display that content back to you and, where the customer chooses to post it, to Google — exactly as described in our Privacy Policy.

Our content

The ReviewBoost software, branding, and design are owned by The Brand Maniacs. Nothing in these terms transfers that ownership to you — you're licensed to use the service, not to copy or resell it.

No guaranteed outcomes

ReviewBoost helps you consistently collect genuine customer feedback. Google — not us — decides how reviews factor into local search ranking or AI-generated answers, and no tool, including this one, can promise a specific ranking, review count, or business outcome. We also can't guarantee any given customer will choose to leave a review; the choice is always theirs.

Third-party services

ReviewBoost depends on services we don't control — Google (Search, Business Profile, Gemini), Razorpay, and others listed in our Privacy Policy. An outage, policy change, or API change on their end can affect ReviewBoost, and we aren't liable for their availability or behavior.

Disclaimer & limitation of liability

ReviewBoost is provided "as is." To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim warranties of any kind and aren't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service — including lost reviews, lost business, or lost data. Where liability can't be excluded, it's limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Termination

You can stop using ReviewBoost, downgrade to Free, or request account deletion at any time. We can suspend or terminate access for a violation of these terms or the Acceptable Use section above. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (ownership, disclaimers, liability limits) continue to apply after your account ends.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product changes. Continuing to use ReviewBoost after an update means you accept the revised terms; material changes will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this page.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [CITY], India.
